With the new ownership structure, the partnership will expand to enhance marketing, public relations, hospitality, and full-service video production capabilities, transforming the team into an even more valuable platform for brand partnerships and fan engagement.
The team will continue to race under the Niece Motorsports name, with newly elevated leadership: Cody Efaw as President & CEO, Amanda Efaw as Chief Marketing Officer, and Phil Gould as Director of Competition. These leaders will oversee expanded racing operations and competitive strategies while preserving the team’s culture of performance and collaboration.
